Designing a house, a room, a yard or just about anything can be a big challenge. There are so many questions. Where do you start? What colors compliment each other? And so on...
Budget: Can you do it yourself or should you get an interior designer? Not everybody has that magic touch so hiring an interior designer might be something to consider especially if it's a big project and your budget allows for it.
If you have a tight budget you may want to try and do it yourself as a professional designer may take up a big chunk of your set budget.
Where to start: If you don't like big changes starting out with just a small change is a good start. You'll be amazed with what just a change in color can do in a room, or investing in a couple of new chairs or new curtains. A few colorful decorative, colorful pillows or a throw blanket can be a nice change.
How to redesign your house to sell it quicker: If you're looking to redesign your house before you sell it consider using neutral colors as it makes it easier for a buyer to picture themselves in your home. You should also remove any clutter and personal items and minimize furniture to make a room look bigger.
