They have 3 & 4 bedroom units at the new Regal Palms Resort with 2 large pools linked by a lazy river, water slide, sports bar & restaurant, a beauty spa. People can enjoy these resort facilities.
This is a fabulous home to live in a beautiful neighborhood and in perfect location. Anyone who visits the place stays there once would recommend to his friends and relatives. Advance booking against deposit is a must to reserve the home for the vacation trip. Without booking there is no guarantee to get a place there. Any payments by credit card will incur a 2.5% surcharge. The booking fee is $250 per week or per booking if the stay is for less than a week and the amount is refundable.
Through website booking can be done against a deposit of $8 which is also refundable. Written confirmation is required if any change in the booking date is made. Orlando Homes to Rent will charge $40 to incorporate changes if any. Security bond of $300 is required to cover losses or damages if done in course of stay. The bond fund will be refundable after a satisfactory stay. Any damage, breakage or loss should be notified to the managers or his agent. Cancellation of reservation can be done within 90 days or more to arrival date.
After deducting the administration cost od $50 the booking amount is refunded. 50 percentage of the rental is charged to customers account if cancellation is dome within 30 to 44 days of the arrival date. This becomes one hundred percentage if cancellation is done on less than 30 days. Renters are advised to have travel insurance to cover cancellation. The owners or management dont accept responsibility for strikes, riots or terrorist activities or any danger or liability out of these. They dont accept any liability for any accident, loss or damage during stay in the Orlando homes to rent.
