Museum Features
- Seymour Planetarium: Experience the night sky under the historic Korkosz Starball, a masterpiece of Springfield ingenuity.
- Dinosaur Hall: Come face-to-face with a life-sized T-Rex and explore the prehistoric history of the Connecticut River Valley.
- Live Animal Center: Explore "Living Waters" featuring local and tropical fish, turtles, and other live inhabitants in a newly designed aquarium space.
- The African Hall: A massive gallery dedicated to the biodiversity of the African continent, featuring iconic taxidermy and immersive dioramas.
The museum is part of the Springfield Museums Quadrangle, which also includes the famous Dr. Seuss National Memorial Sculpture Garden.
