The John W. Higgins Armory, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, was a museum and cultural center that housed the largest collection of arms and armor in the Western Hemisphere. The museum was founded by John Woodman Higgins, an industrialist and philanthropist, in the early 20th century. The collection included armor and weapons from all over the world, dating from ancient times to the modern era. The armory also featured interactive exhibits and educational programs for visitors of all ages. Unfortunately, the armory was closed in 2013 due to financial difficulties and the collection was sold off and distributed to other museums.
