The Alden House Museum & Historic Site is a historic house museum located in Duxbury, Massachusetts. The house was built in 1653 and was the home of John and Priscilla Alden, two of the passengers on the Mayflower. John Alden was a cooper and a soldier, who played a prominent role in the early years of the Plymouth Colony. He was also known for being the subject of the famous poem "The Courtship of Miles Standish" written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.

The house is open to the public for tours, and is operated by the Duxbury Rural and Historical Society. The museum provides an insight into the lives of John and Priscilla Alden and the early settlers of New England.
