Nestled on serene, gated Raft Island, it's just an hour south of Seattle and under 15 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor and the Narrows Bridge -- a peaceful retreat for an extended stay, relocation, or remote work with a view.
Step inside to a cozy living room with breathtaking Sound and mountain views, plenty of seating, a Smart TV (Hulu, Amazon, Netflix), and a piano. The kitchen and dining area share the same panoramic views and come fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals, with indoor and outdoor dining options.
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeps 6. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, 55-inch Smart TV, full ensuite bath, and unobstructed bay views. A second main-level bedroom offers a queen bed with a full hall bath. Downstairs, a third queen bedroom sits off the washer/dryer mudroom with a 3/4 bath and still more water views -- with direct access out to the beach past the outdoor shower.
Outside, expansive upper and lower decks with comfortable lounge furniture lead to a level grass yard and your own sandy beach with Adirondack chairs. Kayak and stand-up paddleboards are included -- paddle to historic Deadman's Island, tide-pool at low tide, and watch for bald eagles, blue herons, and the occasional orca or gray whale right from the deck.
