Saturday morning walks to the Farmer's Market and pick up fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, and one of the best croissants in town. In the evening you can hear the seals off in the distance reminding you that you are enjoying beach-style living. During the summer enjoy the concerts and movies in the park. The Studio has ample space, a floor-to-ceiling storage unit, a ceiling fan, large windows with blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, a TV, extra fast wifi, and a complete kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and kitchen essentials. The unit has a designated parking spot &; street parking.
You can walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, Dana Point Harbor, Doheny Beach, and more.
Small dogs (under 15 lbs) with pictures are allowed with a pet fee.
