Views tonight and tomorow. Imamculate, spacious, newer and well priced.

Went through nearly whole sale upgrades just a year ago. All walls and ceilings are painted over freshly. Hardwoods (being the floor of choice all around) were refinished in all rooms ! New refrigerator and electric stove installed. New windows put in. Euro-tile ceramic was layed down for both kitchen and bath. Sunshine comes in fabulously. For those who want a down side--here it is, is oil heat. Newer system and the double sealed windows we spoke ok dictate that you won't give all the 401k away + priced in to this rent number is some dislike for that avenue. Another bright spot is the drive that's being extended to the rear of the house later this Fall, creating extra parking where noone blocks. Laundry hook ups and storage at basement. Easy walk to Watertown Square. On pets the llord is flexible though 1 pet (or perhaps 1 smaller dog lets say) would be the limit. Or if you have any mix of more than 2 pets please be aware, that's too much. Last note is that the pictures are of the space while being under renovation a year ago, is complete now and firm of a date being between May 1-May 15. Small pet up to 20 pounds only please.
