Types of flower arrangements Single Buds
Choose a single bud with its stem about twice the height of the vase in which you want to place it. You can choose just one stem with a bud or several stems. To enrich its beauty cut the stem with some leaves. Alternatively you can add some leafy stems that do not shift the focus away from the buds. The leaves should be tall and thin so as to merge and serve as a background for the buds to stand out.

On a dinner table, flower arrangements should not obstruct the view of people at the table. You shouldn't have to peep over the flowers to talk to others. It is absolutely necessary to choose flowers which are not very strong smelling and with colors that set the right mood for a great dinner.
