Production Manager
Creative Modeling & Design, a rapidly growing, innovative designer and manufacturer of high-end base and precious metals jewelry, medallions and Fine Pewter gift products, has an immediate opening for a Production Manager.
Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to lead personnel with dignity and respect while fostering a true “team” environment. Progressive, creative thinking candidates with strong problem solving skills and functional mechanical aptitude will flourish and be rewarded at Creative.

Responsibilities will include:
- Provide daily supervision and direction to all department supervisors.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to assure understandings of objectives and concerns.
- Interface on regular basis with product development team and administrative staff.
- Plan, implement and be accountable for production schedules and staff requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Develop, implement and assess productivity standards by department.
Important Considerations:
- Full working knowledge of production machinery and equipment: Die striking, Polishing, Soldering, Investment and white metal casting, Computer engraving, Electroplating etc.
- Knowledge of both base and precious metals manufacturing and the control of metals flow throughout the process.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills.

Platers Helper
Minimum 3 years experience. Assist lead plater in all phases of emblematic and jewelry decorative electroplating.
Casting Dept.Supervisor (White Metal)
Minimum 10 years experience. Oversee daily operations including hands on production casting, model prep, mold-making, and production casting. Experience with high quality, ornate, emblematic and medallic products and 3-D Pewter items. Prior supervisory experience and strong people skills a must.
Rubber Mold Caster
Minimum 5 years experience. High quality white metal and pewter rubber mold casting. Must have experience with small and large cast items.
Polishers/Finishers
Minimum 3 years experience with white metal and pewter polishing/finishing.
