8-K Reports have to file by the public traded companies whenever any event

framed in this report in 8-K report than in 10-K report and finds the
easier and faster way to find out such events. Just
like reports issued by the traded companies there are Proxy Statements

told to attend this by issuance of document called proxy statements in
