We are a small company dedicated to deliver to you service that we ourselves would personally want to receive. We specialize in the rental of luxury villa/condo properties on the Island of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, Americas Paradise.

V.I.P. Rentals, Inc. was started in 1992 by a gal by the name of Pat Bevak. She is still the chief that makes it all work. Pat and her husband have lived on St Thomas for the past nine years at the very villas that they offer to you now for your exciting Island fling. They just recently relocated to Florida.

Pat and Jim have traveled to most of the Islands in the Caribbean and have an excellent sense of what is nice and what guests desire for their Island vacation.
