You can have a client intake form on your site and have it populate to "Clients" in the BostonApartments.com database and assigned to any agent.

If your server can run PHP files, installation is as easy as changing the values of the CLI and UID, Putting your header and footer on the form to customize it to the look of your website and upload it to your server.

Here's what you need to install the form on your site.

First you need to know your company's CLI #
Use your company's cli instead of the sample account cli=392

Second you need to know your Agent's UID #
Use that UID instead of the sample # cli=6147

Unzip the file and open the form (form-client.php) in a text editor like Notepad. Find the 2 lines of code:

input type="hidden" name="cli" value="392"
input type="hidden" name="uid" value="6147"

Change the values to match your cli and uid. Save and upload the file.

You can customize the form to your liking with regard to layout and graphics to match your site. Do not change the names of fields within the form or they will not post to the database. You may remove any fields (questions) or selection options (e.g. Unemployed). Adding additional values will not match the database values and therefore not work. If you have additional values/fields you would like to see added to this form and "Clients" in the database, let me know.

This form automatically posts the "Date Created" and "Next Contact Date" as the current day; and Next Contact Action to "Follow-up".
