Dear Archie

I wanted to write to you and let you know how fantastic the Fat-A-Way diet is. I started on April 1, 1999 and have lost a total of 44 pounds so far. It is the easiest diet that I have ever been on.

I am 52 years old and have always been told that the older you get the harder it is to lose weight. Your diet has proved them wrong. Age has nothing to do with it.

I started gaining weight thirteen years ago after I had my last child. So for thirteen years I have tried diet after diet and none of them worked the way they promised that they would. Most of them promise that all you have to do is take a pill, no dieting and no exercise and the weight will fall off. It never worked for me and I have tried several of them. It was nothing but a lot of wasted money.

Before starting your program I was tired all the time, everything was an effort to do, and I was in bed every night by 8:30. Now I have so much more energy and enjoy going out. I feel ten years younger than I did before I started the Fat-A-Way program. My family says that I am a much happier person and a lot more out going. They thought that I would never lose the weight because they have seen me try so many other diets and always fail. They can't believe the difference in my weight, personality, and also the endless energy that I have.
