Archie.

Your diet has changed my life. I had a baby January 3, 1997 and put on a lot of weight. I was use to being around 175 pounds, but with my baby I went up to 226 pounds. I was very unhappy. I joined Jenny Craig, which cost $300.00 to join, and around $91.00 a week for food, so I don't need to tell you, I could not afford to continue. I lost 10 pounds in one month, but went up and down for a long time. Until I went on vacation in Florida and came across you Archie and Fat-A-Way, I could not believe you lost 117 pounds in 3 months, so you challenged me to buy the diet and see for myself.

I started the diet July 6, 1998. My weight was 215 pounds. I lost 34 pounds the first month and 14 pounds within the next 2 weeks which was August 20, 1998. Archie, I also have a twin, her name is Chearse. Also, our mother whose name is Nettle, went on the diet with me and the both lost over 30 pounds within a month. My mother has high blood pressure for approximately 30 years and she asked her doctor about your diet, he had all good reviews. My mother has lost 43 pounds. The diet has given me energy I never experienced, my skin has improved and, I don't have menstrual problems. My mother's legs are not swollen, (which had been for twenty years). Chearse is able to fit into her size 9 jeans, she is very happy.

I have three nurse practitioners that work with Chearse, one practitioner's husband is on diet, he has lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks his doctor is amazed, he told him what ever you are doing keep doing it. I have about 27 other people who just walked up to me and asked what I have been doing, I told them, and they have the diet. They call me with amazing weight loss results and they are really happy. My Aunt Louise, has had lupus (a nerve disorder) for years she is on diet, not only has she lost 20 pounds in two weeks, but what was great, is she doesn't hurt in her body. My Aunt Carmon, is a registered nurse she has not been able to lose weight. She went on diet and lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, she is very pleased.
