ALCOVE REALTY is a BUSY real estate office selling and leasing Residential and Commercial properties in the Greater Boston Area for 10+ years.  We are located in a VERY ACTIVE sales and rental community within highly preferred Red Line MBTA neighborhoods.  If you have the drive; we have the volume, technology, support staff and resources to launch or add to your success in your real estate career.

  • Rentals have been EXCEPTIONALLY BUSY for the off-season, projecting an especially active 2012.
  • Sales have been unusually more active for this time of year; again, projecting an especially active 2012.  Local prices have held firm thru the recession and low interest rates have fueled an excellent sales climate within MBTA redline neighborhoods.

    If you are an experienced agent, you have the option of our consistently available office leads or can generate your own leads.  Your choice.  Our listings, technology and established network of resources are an endless pool.  You have the option of sales or rentals.  Both markets are already busy this year.

    If you are new to the business, we provide real world training in a supportive environment.  Get paid while you learn.  Being new to the business starts with rentals.  When the rental market slows down, you will have made enough contacts to smoothly transition into a successful property sales career.
      

    Real estate is not a part-time job, unless you are experienced.  Be prepared to work full-time; 40+ hours.  As an added convenience, you can work from anywhere you have internet access.  ALL of our resources are available to you online, so the 40 hours is most flexible.

  •  Residential Rentals: Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Arlington
  •  Sales & Commercial property: within Massachusetts
