ALCOVE REALTY is a BUSY real estate office selling and leasing Residential and Commercial properties in the Greater Boston Area for 10+ years.  We are located in a VERY ACTIVE sales and rental community within highly preferred Red Line MBTA neighborhoods. 

If you have the drive; we have the VOLUME, Technology, support staff and resources to launch or add to your success in your real estate career.

• Rentals The season will be in full force again in 2015 between the traditional months of February thru August.
• Sales In the Somerville, Cambridge, Medford and Arlington areas have been rising with many properties selling above asking price. This is especially true in the "Red Line" neighborhoods of Davis, Porter, Central, & Harvard Square. 

If you are an experienced agent: Our listings, technology, long-term relationships and established network of resources are an endless pool.  You have the option of sales, rentals, in residential or commercial real estate.

If you are new to the business: Being new to the business starts with rentals.  When the rental market slows down seasonally, you will have made enough contacts to smoothly transition into a high-volume sales career.

Real estate is not a part-time job, unless you are experienced.  Be prepared to work full-time; 40+ hours.  As an added convenience, you can work from anywhere you have internet access.  ALL of our resources are available to you online.
